This was our largest design project to date with a sucessful planning outcome. Unfortunately the build was put on hold due to the current financial climate.
Rowan Cottage
Close to the trough of Bowland this property is sited in an area of outstanding beauty and so subject to many planning restrictions. This project has had two prior planning applications approved, their purpose soley to increase the size of the permitted development. Our final design involves demolishing the existing barn and house to produce room for a five bedroom luxury property. Traditional materials and construction methods will let this building become a historical part of the landscape.
