Greengate Lane – Kendal
Re-landscaping works designed to provide a parking space in what was previously garden and to create a gentle slope to the new entrance instead of steep steps. The new porch to the side segregated the direct access to the main building and a rear extension provided extra utility space and some living area with a garden vista.
Completed October 2009.

Tanglewood - Kendal
The existing property was bespoke architect designed and built over twenty years ago for the current residents who decided they needed some additional space in their dining room. Our clients required that the extension become an integral part of the house and to look as if it had been built at the same time. We did not attempt to create an exact match but used natural materials which were sympathetic to the existing colours and textures and over time would blend in. The glazing frames are structural and support the traditional roof construction thus avoiding masonry pillars and maximising light.
Completed September 2007.

Standon Gate - Lancaster
Design conservatory and kitchen extension which must become an integral part of the existing recently built property. This design though it obtained planning permission and building control approval was shelved by our client due to the high cost.
Planning and Building control approved May 2008.
